Liberty! Freedom! Those magical 2 words are the reason for this blog.

I am dedicated to defining what liberty and freedom are and reminding my fellow Americans of the consequences when we take them for granted.

Most feel that our founding documents are referenced for proof of our rights; however, only academia consistently explores these documents.  In today’s shifting media landscape, I have begun to question liberal leaning academia and our politically biased media outlets.

I have lost trust in the world of polarized news sources who skew the true meaning of the founding documents to restrict civil liberties.

Over the last two years, I have been examining the founding documents of these United States and contemplating the philosophy of liberty and freedom which form their foundations.

In order to be open-minded, I have read opposing viewpoints to give me a more well-rounded background and this has provided courage to speak up for my convictions.

While we cannot change history, we can learn from the mistakes of the past to prevent these wrongs from happening again. There are countless examples over the centuries of history repeating itself. The goal of humanity is peace-not war, and yet, we find a cycle of endless wars from one generation to the next.

My goal over the following posts is to highlight how liberty is being eroded over time, endangering the freedoms passed down from our forefathers. I will give you clear examples from both past and current events which contribute to a slow and sometimes rapid demise of liberty and freedom.
